Campuses

A campus is the top level of the school structure. Classes, subjects, tutors, and students all belong to a campus.

How to open

Menu: Campuses → Campuses (Admin and Global tutor admin).

Campuses list

Local admin, Secretary, and Simple tutor do not see the full campuses list. They work inside their own campus through Classes, Subjects, and Students.

Campuses table

The list shows every campus you can access. You can search by name, sort most columns, and change how many rows are shown.

Column What you see
id Internal identifier.
Name Full campus name. Click it to open the campus card.
Slug Short unique code (for example msk, spb). Used to identify the campus in imports and integrations.
Description Longer campus label (for example Moscow campus). Also used on PDF reports in the head’s title.
Names Short name and Head name.
Info Phone and Email.
Url Link to the campus website (open).
Signature Preview of the head’s signature image.
Classes / Subjects / Tutors / Students Counts of related records. Each count is a link to that list for the campus.
Actions View, edit, and delete.

If a field is empty, the table shows a not specified link. Click it to open the edit form with that field highlighted.

Use Search by name... to filter the list. Clear resets the search.

How to create a campus

Only Admin and Global tutor admin can create campuses.

  1. Open Campuses → Campuses.
  2. Click the green + New button.
  3. Fill in the form (see Field reference).
  4. Save.

After save, the campus appears in the table. You can then add classes, subjects, tutors, and students to it.

To change a campus later, use the pencil icon in the table or Edit on the campus card. To remove a campus, use the red trash icon. Deleting a campus also removes its related classes, subjects, tutors, and students.
