What this section is for

Subjects are the campus courses. Tutors, classes, students, and question groups are linked to a subject for assessment and reports.

How to open

Menu: Campuses → Subjects (for Simple tutor: the Subjects section, plus My subjects).

Subjects list

Subjects list

The table usually shows:

  • name, campus, Academic year, and Year;
  • Reportable / Report name — whether the subject appears in a report, and under what name;
  • tutors, student count, Question groups, and linked Classes;
  • actions: view, edit, delete (if you have permission).

You can search and filter (campus and others), and use the New Subject button.

The list can be contextual: from a campus, class, tutor, or student page it shows only the related subjects.
